Requests are welcome, and often it's best to let us choose... Start times are influenced by the weather, and start times often determine the ideal trail - based on lighting, crowd levels, parking availability, and depending on the season whether you’ll want shade or sun.

Although the Sedona yoga hikes have been the first yoga experience for many, most participants are beginner— beginner to intermediate. Either way the type of yoga allows for both beginner and advanced to feel like they fit in just right.

A well-balanced mix - strong, energizing flow that somehow never feels like too much, paired with just the right amount of stretchy, chill-out floor work. When Yogi Blair is your guide, you can also expect a unique infusion of QiGong woven into the practice.

Somehow it always works out for all parties.

Reminds me of my home city, Venice, CA — an urban ecosystem where blue-collar workers, gangsters, CEOs, Asian immigrants, artists, surfer dudes, and sideline supermoms all managed to coexist in harmony. And somehow, when people of any yoga ability, cultural cliché, or societal label come together on a yoga hike in Sedona, it feels like home to me and...a CEO buying, not drugs, but rather peace from knowing the blue worker it there for him while watching a surfer ride an artist’s melody into a wave of nourishment served up by our Mexican immigrant amigo who feeds the day with natural human connection meant for everyone. Everybody digs in well.
